You film once a week. I turn it into clips and posts for X and Reddit, plus SFW cuts for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube if you want them, schedule everything once you've OK'd it, and fine-tune your pricing and offers.
30% of message revenue
For busy creators. A small team I hire, train and supervise for your page looks after your fans 12 to 16 hours a day, in your voice and within your boundaries. Fans are told you have help. Allow a few weeks to staff up before launch.
35–40% of net earnings
For creators ready to hand it all off. Social Growth and Chat together, coordinated by me as your dedicated manager, so you can just create.
Every managed plan includes a weekly report and leak monitoring with takedowns. You pay nothing upfront, and I invoice after the platform pays you.
Founding creators
I'm new, so I don't have results to show you yet. My first 3 Social Growth creators pay 10% instead of 20% for their first 3 months. In return, I can share your real results, under your stage name or anonymously, and I'll always say you had the founding rate.
At 20%, your earnings need to rise 25% to cover my fee. Past that, you keep 80% of every new dollar. At the founding 10%, an 11% rise covers it. If it isn't working, you can leave.
You do the posting, and I give you the plan. No logins, no calls. I need your stage name, an email and a screenshot showing you're verified.
$59 one time
The free plan covers your first fix. This covers the rest: page and socials, pricing, what to post where, and a 30-day schedule, in 5 business days. Full refund within 14 days if it isn't useful, and it comes off your first invoice if you join a managed plan within 60 days.

Who holds what
In June 2026 the BBC reported agencies taking up to 70% of earnings, locking creators out of their accounts and redirecting payouts. So here's the deal, written out.

Leak protection
On every managed plan, I search for your stage name and content, then send takedown notices for you, in my name wherever the process allows. What came down goes in your weekly update. Nobody can erase the internet, but the job is to find leaks fast and keep taking them down.
Who's behind this
I'm new at this, and I'd rather say so up front. I keep Fairsplit small on purpose, so each creator gets real attention. On Social Growth, every plan, clip and post comes through me.
I publish my prices and my contract because you shouldn't have to sign anything to find out what you'd be agreeing to. I won't promise you a number. I'll tell you what I'd do, show you the results every week, and you can leave whenever it stops being worth it.

The contract
Most agencies keep their contract private until you're ready to sign. Mine is on this site in full. Send it to a lawyer and pick it apart.
Questions
No. The plan, intake, reports and questions can all happen in writing. A call only happens if you want one.
Yes. A stage name and an email are enough for the free plan. Starter also needs a screenshot showing you're verified. Paying me by e-Transfer, Paxum or wire shows the name on that account, and managed plans need an ID and age check. All of that stays confidential, and I'll never link your stage name to your legal identity except where the law requires it.
Not for Starter or Social Growth. Chat plans use a named Fansly Management Session with payouts locked. On OnlyFans it's a password-manager share you control, and changing your password cuts access instantly. Payouts, banking and your email are never touched on any plan.
The platform pays you, as normal. On managed plans, you send me a short screen recording of your earnings page every 2 weeks, with fan names and bank details hidden, and I invoice my percentage of your net: what the platform pays you after its own fee, minus refunds and chargebacks. I never bill on money you didn't receive. You can pay by Paxum, Interac e-Transfer or bank wire. The Page Review is paid upfront.
No, and anyone who does is guessing. I set a baseline from your past numbers and report against it every week.
Anytime, with 30 days' notice. No exit fee and no non-compete. You pay the normal fee on what you earn during those 30 days, and nothing after that.
I work with creators who are already active, roughly 2 months or more. If you're earlier than that, come back once you've got a page running.
